THE TSJC put on alert all music festivals in Catalunya

What apparently is an isolated resolution against a reggae festival can become a new headache for music festivals Catalunya if measures are not taken urgently. On March 14 , the Superior Court of Catalonia ruled against the city of Vilanova for granting the license allowed to celebrate the festival of Nowa Reggae Jamaican music in its edition of 2011. The fine is 12,020 euros, but legal precedent and has already warned many consistories de Catalunya , which may have to cancel their festivals if a neighbor is home to the resolution (Source: El Periódico)
