European festivals grow in price but also in quality of services

The publication of the European Festival 2014 Report done by Insight Media Consulting has analysed the data from 89 European festivals to create a profile of these events. The data indicate that the number of visitors has grown by 3.3% compared to 2013, and all indications are that the sector will continue growing up in 2015. Stresses the price trend in 2014 showing a 1.2% increase, with an average cost of 146.11 euros, but justified by the promoters for the best of many details of the services offered to the public.
