The CNC gives reason to the APM in its complaint against SGAE by the excessive tariffs and other abuses of its monopoly

The Comisión Nacional de la Competencia (CNC) has resolved the disciplinary proceedings initiated following the complaint of the Asociación de Promotores Musicales (APM) introduced in 2005 against SGAE for abusing its monopoly and to impose certain unfair conditions to the music promoters.
