Profestival.net is an interactive space for the dissemination of artiststic festivals, with all relevant information (date, place/s of celebration, gender, programming, etc.). It is also a platform of online services for industry players: a website for direct collaboration between organizers, public and professional networks that promotes the creation of synergies between education and work between the different professionals involved in the management and production of festivals.

Who we are

The CULTURAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME at the University of Barcelona, ​​was founded in 1989 with the launch of the first Master in Cultural Management throughout Spain and is structured around a tiple task: training, reflection professionals and research in cultural policy and management. The analysis and training in festivals takes more than a decade journey, with several publications, organizing conferences and specific graduate program in Management and producing live shows and cultural events.

- Spread the wide range of arts festivals (music, visual, performing arts, literature, traditional culture, etc.) at national and international level.

- Contribute to improving the working conditions of professional festivals (producers, technicians, communicators, etc.) through the making available of information resources, training, jobs, etc.
